The 1920's former Fruit Warehouse was fully renovated in 2004 into a beautiful "Old World" European setting with a gourmet Restaurant, Wine Tasting Room and Event Space for a total capacity of 350 people. The sale also includes a large wine inventory and a wine production facility including; tanks, fittings, pumps, bottling line and hundreds of wine barrels within the wine cellar.
