74.3 acres mostly maple, cedar, spruce, and alder. Some second growth fir. 3600 fir, cedar and spruce trees were planted 20 years ago. There were many walkable trails on both parcels. There is a ridge line on the 38-acre piece that has really great views of the Sumas valley and Canada.
